ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED MONDAY - FRIDAY WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS (10 Business Days during any sales event). ORDERS PLACED ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING BUSINESS DAY. ONCE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED AND SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION VIA EMAIL.

Shipping & Returns

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products, unless it arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please send a photo of the damaged items to wellness@householdherbs.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you.

Shipping Domestic:

We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please also make sure you provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for mis-delivery of shipments due to Carrier error.

Household Herbs offers the following shipping options:

• USA: FREE using USPS First Class Parcel to anywhere in the U.S with order over $60.

• USA: Orders less than $60 shipping charge is $8.95

• Faster shipping options available at checkout.
